Diagnostic Procedure

Step Inspection Action
1 RECORD THE CAR CONFIGURATION DATA 
  • Switch the ignition ON (engine off) and wait for 6 s or more.
  • Switch the ignition off (LOCK).
  • Switch the ignition ON (engine off).
Go to the next step.
2 PERFORM DTC INSPECTION FOR RADAR UNIT  Yes Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
If the malfunction recurs, go to the next step.
No Go to Step 5.
3 PERFORM DTC INSPECTION FOR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  Yes Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See DTC TABLE [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .)
After repairing the instrument cluster, perform the instrument cluster configuration.(See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CONFIGURATION (USING AS-BUILT DATA) .)
Then go to the next step.
No Go to the next step.
4 VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED  Yes Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
Go to the next step.
No Go to the next step.
5 VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT 
  • Verify other DTCs displayed.
  • Are any other DTCs output?
Yes Perform the corresponding DTC inspection.
No DTC troubleshooting completed.
