Console Side Panel No. 2

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Upper panel (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Selector lever knob (ATX) (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Shift lever knob (MTX) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
    4. Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Console side panel No. 1 (See CONSOLE SIDE PANEL NO. 1 .)
  3. Move console side panel No. 2 in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the clips and the hook from the front console.

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
