Meter Hood No. 2 (With Active Driving Display)

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Lower decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Upper decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Driver-side decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Upper column cover (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Meter hood No. 1 (See METER HOOD NO. 1 .)
6. Instrument cluster (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Insert your hand from the instrument cluster installation hole, press meter hood No. 2 up in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, and detach the clips and tabs from the dashboard.

Meter hood No. 2 (With active driving display (auto flip-up type))

Remove meter hood No. 2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
