| 3 | INSPECT MICROPHONE CIRCUIT FOR OPEN CIRCUIT

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between Bluetooth® unit terminal E and microphone terminal E. If there is a common connector:
If there is no common connector:
Go to Step 5. |

| 4 | INSPECT MICROPHONE INPUT CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND

Yes | Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between Bluetooth® unit terminal A and microphone terminal A. If there is a common connector:
If there is no common connector:
Go to the next step. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 5 | VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED

Yes | Replace the microphone then go to the next step. (See MICROPHONE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |
| No | Go to Step 7. | ||
| 6 | VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED
|
Yes | Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
Go to the next step. |

| 7 | VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE RECORDED

Yes | Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [AUDIO] .) |
| No | DTC troubleshooting completed. | ||
