DESCRIPTION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

31	M range position indicator light does not illuminate in M range/M range position indicator light illuminate in D range
DESCRIPTION	M range position indicator light in instrument cluster dose not illuminate in M range or M range position indicator light in instrument cluster in D range with the ignition at ON.
POSSIBLE CAUSE	M range switch or related wiring harness malfunction. NOTE: Before following the troubleshooting steps, make sure that the Automatic Transaxle On-Board Diagnostic and Automatic Transaxle Basic Inspection are conducted. (See BASIC INSPECTION [AW6A-EL] .)
