Sensor Output Value Inspection

Switch the ignition to ON.
Inspect the following items using the PID/DATA monitor function. See DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING TEST RESULTS [MZI-3.7] .
- Verify that the sensor output value change smoothly while throttle valve is gradually depressed.
  - APP1
  - APP2
- If verified, go to the next step.
  - If not as verified, replace the accelerator pedal. See ACCELERATOR PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7] .
- Verify that the sensor output value is as indicated in the table below according to the condition of the accelerator pedal.
  - APP1
  - APP2
- If not as verified, replace the accelerator pedal. See ACCELERATOR PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7] .
