Engine Mount Rubber Removal/Installation - 3.0L

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the hood.
  3. Remove the fan. See COOLING FAN AND CLUTCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - 3.0L .
  4. Attach the engine lifting eyes SST 303-D030  .
  5. Remove the engine mount nuts.

  6. Raise the engine and support with a Three-Bar engine support SST 303-F073  .
  7. Raise and support the vehicle.
  8. Remove the engine mount nut.

  9. Remove the engine mount.
  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
