Coolant Reserve Tank Removal/Installation

WARNING:

Remove and install all parts when the engine is cold, otherwise they can cause severe burns or serious injury.

Remove the engine cover. (See ENGINE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the battery, battery box. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the air cleaner component, air cleaner insulator. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Drain the engine coolant until the coolant reserve tank becomes empty. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
Remove in the order indicated in the table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Add the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
Inspect for the engine coolant leakage. (See ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE INSPECTION .)
