Section 363 (On-Board Diagnostic [Automatic Transaxle Aw6A-El)): Foreword

When the customer reports vehicle malfunction, check the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) indication, AT warning indication, and diagnostic trouble code (DTC), then diagnose the malfunction according to following flowchart.
- If a DTC exists, diagnose the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE .)
- If a DTC does not exist and the MIL and AT warning lights do not illuminate, diagnose the applicable symptom troubleshooting. (See SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING ITEM TABLE .)
