Panel Defrost Door Actuator Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the screws and the instrument panel support brace.

  2. Remove the screws.

  3. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
    4. CAUTION: Do not attempt to bend any part of the lever. It is brittle and will break.
  4. Rotate the vacuum control motor, disengage the lever, and remove the vacuum control motor.
  5. Install in reverse order of removal.
