Rear Oil Seal Replacement: Notes

  1. Remove the transmission. (See AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (A/T) , TRANSMISSION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (M/T) ).
  2. Remove the flywheel (M/T). (See CLUTCH UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the drive plate (A/T). (See DRIVE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Remove in the order indicated.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
