| All networked illumination is inoperative (non-networked illumination functions correctly) | GO to Pinpoint Test B |
| All non-networked illumination sources are inoperative or always on (networked illumination functions correctly) | GO to Pinpoint Test C |
| One or more non-networked illumination source is inoperative | GO to Pinpoint Test D |
| A single non-network illuminated switch or component is always on | INSTALL a new illuminated switch or component. |
| The LH front door lock/memory set, window control or seat control switch illumination is inoperative or always on | GO to Pinpoint Test E |
| The RH front door lock, window control or seat control switch illumination is inoperative or always on | GO to Pinpoint Test F |
