Refer to All Wheel Drive (AWD) for schematic and connector information.

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

If the AWD Module observes an overpower or a low voltage condition, a DTC is set.

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
P0603:00 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error The AWD module detected an internal fault which may have been caused by a voltage supply concern to the module. INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module  .
P060A:00 Internal Control Module Monitoring Processor Performance INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module  .
P060C:00 Internal Control Module Main Processor Performance INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module  .
P1397:00 System Voltage Out Of Self Test Range CLEAR the DTC. Turn the ignition off. Wait 1 minute. Ignition ON. RETRIEVE Continuous memory DTCs from all modules.
