P2107 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Processor

DTC DESCRIPTION P2107 - THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL (TAC) MODULE PROCESSOR

Description:  This DTC sets when the electronic throttle control (ETC) area of the PCM failed the self-test.
The concern could be the result of an incorrect throttle position command, or TAC motor wires shorted together.
Possible Causes: 
  • TACM+ circuit short to ground
  • TACM+ circuit short to voltage
  • TACM- circuit short to ground
  • TACM- circuit short to voltage
  • Damaged electronic throttle body (ETB)
  • Damaged PCM
Diagnostic Aids:  This DTC may be accompanied by other DTCs. Diagnose other DTCs first. A TAC motor circuit PID reading may indicate a concern, if available.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to Pinpoint Test DV .
