Pinpoint Test A : DTC U300D:11: Notes

Normal Operation
The TCCM receives ignition switch position status from the hardwired run/start input to TCCM and the ignition switch position status message communicated by the IPC over the HS-CAN. The ignition switch position status message originates from the BCM which communicates the ignition switch position status over the MS-CAN to the IPC which acts as a gateway module, transferring the ignition switch status message from MS-CAN to HS-CAN. - DTC U300D:11 (Ignition Input On/Start: Circuit Short To Ground) - This DTC sets when TCCM detects a short to ground on C2371A-7 . This DTC sets if the ignition switch is not in RUN for the self-test.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Ignition switch and/or circuitry
- HS-CAN
