Camber Adjustment - Rear

NOTE:
Before carrying out a camber adjustment, check the tires for the correct pressure. Inspect the tires for incorrect wear or damage. Inspect the suspension for wear or damage.

Using alignment equipment and the manufacturer's instructions, measure the rear camber.- Refer to Alignment Specifications in the Specifications for optimal alignment settings.
- If the rear camber value is not within specification, go to the next step.
- 2.
Remove the upper arm-to-frame bolt and the camber set shim.- Discard the camber set shim.
- Install and snug the upper arm-to frame bolt.
- 3.
Position the upper arm-to-frame bolt in the upper arm-to-frame slot until the camber setting is within specification.
- 4.NOTE: Do not allow the upper arm to move and change the camber adjustment setting when tightening the bolt.
Tighten the upper arm-to-frame bolt to 225 Nm (166 lb-ft).

Check and, if necessary, adjust the rear toe. Refer to Toe Adjustment - Rear .
