Pinpoint Test Ac : U0201:87: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The Driver Rear Door Module (DRDM) communicates with the DDM over a dedicated LIN. The DDM also receives information from the switch pack on the driver door on the LIN.

In the event of a failure on the LIN that causes the DDM to not communicate with the Driver Rear Door Module (DRDM), the power windows, power locks and switch illumination are inoperative in the rear door.

DDM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0201:87 Lost Communication With "Door Control Module C": Missing Message Sets when the DDM detects data messages are missing from the Driver Rear Door Module (DRDM).
