Thermostatic Expansion Valve Manifold and Tube Assembly - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS): Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install and lubricate new O-ring seals. Refer to the appropriate SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. Refer to the appropriate Refrigerant Oil Adding procedure in this article.
  4. Fill the degas bottle with the recommended coolant mixture and fill level.
