Clutch Actuator Motor: Removal

Clutch Actuator Motor A

Refer to: Air Cleaner . Refer to: Battery Tray .
1. Unlock the electrical connector.
2. Push the electrical connector lock outward.
3. NOTE: Take extra care not to damage the wiring harnesses.
  
  NOTE: Make sure the component terminals are not bent or damaged.
  
  Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the bolts.
5. Remove the clutch actuator motor.

NOTE: Make sure the mating faces are clean and free of corrosion and foreign material.

Inspect the transmission housing surface for wear or damage.

Clutch Actuator Motor B
With the vehicle in N, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Remove the retainers and the shield reinforcement.

Remove the retainers and the underbody shield.

1. Unlock the electrical connector.
2. Push the electrical connector lock outward.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the bolts.
5. Remove the clutch actuator motor.
