Clutch Housing: Disassembly

- Remove the halfshaft seal.

NOTE: The lube feed tubes will need to be broken to remove the bearings.
Break the lube feed tubes off the clutch housing output shaft bearings and discard.

NOTE: If the clutch housing output shaft bearing is broken, use the next size larger special tool.
Using the special tool, remove the clutch housing output shaft bearings. Use Special Service Tool: 100-001 (T50T-100-A) Slide Hammer, 303-D022 (D80L-100-T) Collet, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2, 303-D012 (D80L-100-H) Actuator Pin.
- Using the special tools, remove the clutch housing differential bearing race and shim. Use Special Service Tool: 205-153 (T80T-4000-W) Handle, 307-678 Remover, Bearing Cone.
