Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

IPC DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U3003:16 Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Below Threshold Sets in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) if continuous memory if the IPC detects battery voltage below 9 volts continuously for 5 seconds on the voltage supply circuit.
