Test AO: Fail-Safe Cooling Chime Not Operating Properly

Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located below left side of instrument panel, to right of steering column. Using NGS tester, retrieve and record instrument cluster DTCs. Clear instrument cluster DTCs. Using NGS tester, perform instrument cluster self-test. If no instrument cluster DTCs exist, replace instrument cluster. If any instrument cluster DTCs exist, repair code related problem.
