Self-Diagnostic Tests: Notes

NOTE: Before beginning testing, determine component locations. See Figure. Perform DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Verify service and repairs by repeating Auto Test. See AUTO TEST  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Perform Function Test 228 to clear control module memory. See FUNCTION TEST  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
