Removal & Installation (Rear)

Turn air suspension off. Raise vehicle. See REPAIR PRECAUTIONS . Remove rear tire and wheel assemblies. Disconnect parking brake cables from stabilizer bar. See Figure. Remove both stabilizer bar link upper nuts and insulators, and remove links. Rotate bar out of the way and remove brackets from "T" slots in subframe. Remove rear muffler hanger nuts. Remove stabilizer bar from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Turn air suspension on.
