Air Spring Solenoid: Installation
- Check "O" rings for cuts or abrasions. Replace as necessary. Lubricate "O" rings with silicone dielectric. Install "O" rings into housing. Insert solenoid into end cap and rotate clockwise to third stop. Push solenoid in until it reaches second stop, then rotate clockwise to first stop.
- Install solenoid clip. Inspect wiring harness connector and ensure rubber gasket is in place at bottom of connector cavity. Connect air line and electrical connector. Refill air springs. See AIR SPRING FILL PROCEDURE . Install wheel and tire assembly.
