Fuel Flow

  1. Instrument cluster monitors fuel flow pulses from EEC-IV module and speed pulses to determine fuel economy and distance to empty.
  2. Ensure speedometer is operating correctly. Ensure Dark Blue/Light Green wire between EEC-IV module and instrument cluster connector C2-2 is okay. See Figure . EEC-IV module is located on left corner of firewall, near brake booster, and contains a 60-pin connector.
  3. If wiring is okay, check for fuel flow pulses at circuit No. 205 (Dark Blue/Light Green wire) of instrument cluster connector C2-2. See Figure and Figure .
