Test TB, Display Scrambled, Segments Half Lit, Segments Blinking Or Missing, Display Incorrect, Display Stuck With All Segments On

  1. Performing Self Test: Turn ignition off. Push E/M and REVERSE cluster control buttons, and hold. Turn ignition on with buttons depressed. Release buttons when instrument cluster lights up.
  2. If odometer reads steady 32, proceed to step 3). If odometer flashes, replace instrument cluster. Install door pillar sticker to indicate instrument cluster has been replaced. If speedometer reads 02, 03 or 04, repeat step 1).
  3. Performing Display Test: Push SELECT button once to enter display test. Use E/M button to advance through steps of display test. Compare instrument cluster with a known good instrument cluster.
  4. If instrument cluster tests okay, refer to pinpoint index for further testing. See Figure . If instrument cluster does not test okay, replace instrument cluster. Install door pillar sticker to indicate instrument cluster has been replaced.
