Fuel Remaining

Fuel remaining in the tank is displayed based on input from fuel tank sending unit. Fuel tank sending unit has an operating range of 11-168 ohms (empty-to-full). Values displayed are fuel amounts rounded to the nearest gallon. If fuel tank sending unit resistance is out of range or defective circuit exists, a "CO" (circuit open or resistance higher than 181 ohms) or "CS" (circuit short or resistance less than 5 ohms) will be displayed if FUEL REMAINING or DISTANCE TO EMPTY is selected on message center.
