Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

- REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP

- REMOVE NO. 2 INVERTER PROTECTOR

- CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE
See step 7 - INSTALL NO. 2 INVERTER PROTECTOR

- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- REMOVE NO. 2 CHARGER INTAKE DUCT

- REMOVE NO. 2 CONVERTER COOLING INTAKE DUCT
- REMOVE EV CONVERTER PROTECTOR
- REMOVE NO. 1 CONVERTER COOLING INTAKE DUCT
- DISCONNECT FLOOR WIRE
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 FLOOR WIRE
- REMOVE DC/DC CONVERTER COOLING EXHAUST DUCT
- DISCONNECT HV SOCKET INVERTER WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- DISCONNECT FLOOR UNDER WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- REMOVE DC/DC CONVERTER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
NOTE:If the DC/DC converter assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- REMOVE DC/DC CONVERTER COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY NOTE:
- Be sure not to touch the fan part of the DC/DC converter cooling blower assembly.
- Do not lift the DC/DC converter cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
- Do not allow any foreign matter to enter the DC/DC converter cooling blower assembly.
- REMOVE DC/DC CONVERTER ASSEMBLY WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
NOTE:If the DC/DC converter assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
