   Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)

   Wire Harness Clamp

   1. Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (for bank 1 sensor 2).
   2. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps so that the tube is positioned as shown in the illustration.

   Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)

   Wire Harness Clamp

   1. Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (for bank 2 sensor 2).
   2. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps so that the tube is positioned as shown in the illustration.

   1. Install a new exhaust pipe gasket to the front No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
   2. Install a new exhaust pipe gasket to the front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
   3. Using a plastic hammer and wooden block, tap in the exhaust pipe gasket until its surface is flush with the front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
      NOTE:

      • Be careful with the installation direction of the exhaust pipe gasket.
      • Do not reuse the exhaust pipe gasket.
      • Do not damage the exhaust pipe gasket.
      • Do not push in the exhaust pipe gasket by using the exhaust pipes when connecting them.

      *1	Front Exhaust Pipe Sub-assembly
      *2	Exhaust Pipe Gasket

   4. Connect the front exhaust pipe assembly to the 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports.
   5. Install a new exhaust pipe gasket to the front exhaust pipe assembly.
   6. Install the front exhaust pipe assembly to the front No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly with 2 new bolts.

      Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf) 

   7. Install the front exhaust pipe assembly to the front exhaust pipe sub-assembly with 2 new bolts and 2 new compression springs.

      Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf) 

      HINT: 

      After installation, check that the space between the flanges of the front exhaust pipe assembly and front exhaust pipe sub-assembly is consistent front-to-rear and left-to-right.

      *a	Space between Flanges: 8.5 mm (0.335 in.)

Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf) 

1. If gas is leaking, tighten the areas necessary to stop the leak. Replace damaged parts as necessary.

   HINT: 

   Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after repairing or replacing the exhaust system.
