Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

    Refer to BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY [09/2023 - ]

    Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ] 

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 INVERTER PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  4. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
  5. INSTALL NO. 2 INVERTER PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY 
  7. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]

  8. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - ]

  9. REMOVE JUNCTION BLOCK COVER 
    WARNING:

    Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

      *a Green-colored Lock - -
      Slide - -
      1. Slide the green-colored lock of the connector as shown in the illustration to release it and disconnect the 2 No. 1 junction block assembly connectors.
      2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

  10. DISCONNECT NO. 3 HIGH VOLTAGE FLOOR UNDER WIRE 
    WARNING:

    Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

    NOTE:

    Insulate the disconnected high-voltage connector with insulating tape.

      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
        NOTE:

        Insulate the disconnected high-voltage connector with insulating tape.

      2. Remove the nut and disconnect the No. 3 high voltage floor under wire.
  11. DISCONNECT FLOOR UNDER WIRE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18
  12. REMOVE NO. 1 JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY
