Removal [09/2023 - 12/2023]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2023 - ]
  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY 
    1. for PC60:

      Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - ]

    2. for UA81E / UA81F:

      Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - ]

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE COVER 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  6. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  7. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  9. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18
  11. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  14. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  15. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

      1. Apply protective tape to the area shown in the illustration.

      1. Disconnect each connector.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Remove the 2 bolts.
      2. Disengage the 9 clips and 2 guides to separate the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket as shown in the illustration.

      1. Disengage each clamp.
      2. Disconnect each connector to remove the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket.
  16. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction - -
  17. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  18. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH (for Gasoline Model) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  19. REMOVE POWER SWITCH (except Gasoline Model)

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET
