Removal [08/2023 - ]: Procedure
- RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- for LED Type Turn Signal Light:

- for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light:
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]
- for LED Type Turn Signal Light:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION HOSE
See step 4 - DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING HOSE AND ACCESSORY
See step 4 - DISCONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 DISCHARGE TUBE
- DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 clips to disconnect the front fender liner RH.
- Disengage the clamp.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the nut.
- Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
- Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
- DISCONNECT NO. 6 DISCHARGE TUBE
- DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 3 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE
- Disconnect the connector.
- Disengage the clamp.
- Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 3 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
- Remove the O-ring from the No. 3 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE
- REMOVE MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE NO. 2 MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY
