Removal [08/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER AND ACCESSORY SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2023 - ]

  3. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
  4. REMOVE DISCHARGE TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
  5. REMOVE DISCHARGE TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    See step  5
  6. REMOVE HEATER AND ACCESSORY SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE PIPING CLAMP

  8. REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE

      1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to remove the heater water hose.
        NOTE:
        • Do not apply excessive force to the heater water hose.
        • Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
