Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the guide and install the rear seat outer belt anchor bracket assembly with the bolt.
  Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf)
INSPECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
See step 1

INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

Engage the guide and temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

for LH Side:

Connect the pretensioner connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:

Securely lock the locking button.

for RH Side:

Connect the pretensioner connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:

Securely lock the locking button.

Check that the ELR locks.
NOTE:
The check should be performed with the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed to the vehicle.
1. With the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed to the vehicle, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)
1. Install the rear seat headrest assembly.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [09/2014 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [11/2017 - ]
INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [09/2014 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [11/2017 - ]

CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the bolt.

*a	Indented Part

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf)

NOTE:

Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly to overlap the indented parts of the floor panel.

Engage the 3 clips to connect the belt guide unit of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly.

INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [09/2014 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [11/2017 - ]
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 38 [09/2014 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37 [11/2017 - ]
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
