Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  2. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  3. REMOVE REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  4. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. REMOVE FRONT UPPER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  7. REMOVE FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and open the 2 covers.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 rope hook assemblies.

    3. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

    4. Disengage the clamp and turn back the luggage compartment trim cover LH.
    5. Disconnect the 2 fuel pump control ECU connectors.

    6. Remove the 2 nuts and fuel pump control ECU from the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

  8. REMOVE FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and fuel pump control ECU bracket
