Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure
- CHANGE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM SETTINGS (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 - ADJUST STEERING WHEEL POSITION (for Manual Tilt and Manual Telescopic Steering Column)

- REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 - REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
- REMOVE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH
Remove in this Direction - - - Turn the steering wheel assembly 90° to the left from the straight condition.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and remove the turn signal switch as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not forcibly pry the claw, or it may become damaged.
