- REMOVE FRONT BUMPER

- REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER REINFORCEMENT
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

- REMOVE LOWER ARM BRACKET BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

- REMOVE HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

- REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the 3 connector, detach the 3 wire harness clamps to disconnect the engine room main wire from the radiator reserve tank assembly.
- Slide the 2 clips and remove the radiator reserve tank hose.
*1 Radiator Reserve Tank Hose *2 Reserve Tank Outlet Hose *3 No. 3 Inverter Cooling Hose - Slide the clip and disconnect the reserve tank outlet hose.
- Detach the clamp and disconnect the No. 3 inverter cooling hose from the radiator reserve tank assembly.
- Remove the 2 bolts and radiator reserve tank assembly from the fan with motor assembly.
- Disconnect the 3 connector, detach the 3 wire harness clamps to disconnect the engine room main wire from the radiator reserve tank assembly.
- REMOVE INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE INVERTER WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 3 RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 6 INVERTER COOLING HOSE
- Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 inverter cooling hose from the inverter cooling inlet pipe assembly.
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 INVERTER COOLING HOSE

- DISCONNECT NO. 3 INVERTER COOLING HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE
- Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose from the radiator assembly.
*a Hold Area *b Net Protector NOTE:Do not remove the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose while holding the net protector. If force is applied to the net protector, it may cause the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose to crack and lead to transmission fluid leaks.
- Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose from the radiator assembly.
- DISCONNECT NO. 3 ENGINE WIRE
- DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE
- Detach the oil cooler hose from the clamp.
- Slide the clip and disconnect the transmission oil cooler hose from the radiator assembly.
*a Hold Area *b Net Protector NOTE:Do not remove the transmission oil cooler hose while holding the net protector. If force is applied to the net protector, it may cause the transmission oil cooler hose to crack and lead to transmission fluid leaks.
- Detach the oil cooler hose from the clamp.
- DISCONNECT OIL COOLER INLET HOSE
- Slide the clip and disconnect the oil cooler inlet hose from the motor cooling cooler.
*a Hold Area *b Net Protector NOTE:- Do not deform the motor cooling cooler.
- Do not remove the oil cooler inlet hose while holding the net protector. If force is applied to the net protector, it may cause the oil cooler inlet hose to crack and lead to engine coolant leaks.
- Slide the clip and disconnect the oil cooler inlet hose from the motor cooling cooler.
- DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE
- REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE HOOD LOCK SUPPORT BRACE
- DISCONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21
- DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the discharge hose from the cooler compressor assembly.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
- Disconnect the discharge hose from the cooler condenser assembly.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22
- Disconnect the discharge hose from the cooler compressor assembly.
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
- Detach the 2 claws, 2 guides and disconnect the cooler condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Do not allow the cooler condenser assembly to interfere with the radiator assembly.
- Remove the 6 bolts and front crossmember sub-assembly.NOTE:
Perform the following procedure with 2 or more people to prevent damage to the radiator assembly.
- Remove the radiator assembly from the vehicle together with the fan with motor assembly as shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction NOTE:When removing the radiator assembly from the vehicle, do not apply excessive force to the cooler pipe or cooling hoses.
- Detach the 2 claws, 2 guides and disconnect the cooler condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE REAR RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE LH
- REMOVE NO. 3 INVERTER COOLING HOSE
- REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
- REMOVE DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE RH
- REMOVE NO. 2 INVERTER COOLING HOSE
- REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
- REMOVE FAN WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION
- Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT
- Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT TO SEAL
- Remove the 2 No. 1 radiator support to seals from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SUPPORT TO SEAL
- Remove the No. 2 radiator support to seal from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR SUPPORT TO SEAL
- Remove the No. 3 radiator support to seal from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR SUPPORT TO SEAL
- Remove the No. 4 radiator support to seal from the radiator assembly.
- REMOVE NO. 5 RADIATOR SUPPORT TO SEAL
- Remove the No. 5 radiator support to seal from the radiator assembly.
