Removal [06/2018 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  10. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  12. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30

  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Headup Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 31

  15. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Headup Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  16. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34

  18. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH CLOCK 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Pull the multi-display assembly with clock as shown in the illustration to disengage the 4 clips.

      Place Hand Here
      Remove in this Direction
    3. Disengage the clamp.

    4. Disconnect each connector and remove the multi-display assembly with clock.
  19. REMOVE NO. 1 SUB-CLUSTER MODULE PANEL 
    1. for 8 Inch Display:
      1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 sub-cluster module panel.

    2. for 12.3 Inch Display:
      1. Remove the 3 screws.

      2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 1 sub-cluster module panel.

  20. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE COVER 
    1. for 8 Inch Display:
      1. Remove the 5 screws.

      2. Disengage the 3 claws and 6 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the multi-media module cover.

        Remove in this Direction
    2. for 12.3 Inch Display:
      1. Remove the 4 screws.

      2. Disengage the 7 claws to remove the multi-media module cover.

  21. REMOVE CLOCK ASSEMBLY
