Installation [08/2020 - 09/2022]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 2 radio bracket is necessary.

    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 3 screws.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 1 radio bracket is necessary.

    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 3 screws.
  3. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
  4. INSTALL NAVIGATION ECU WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 NAVIGATION WIRE (w/ Navigation System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  6. INSTALL REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  7. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH SWITCH 
    1. Connect each connector.
    2. Engage the 4 claws to temporarily install the radio receiver assembly with switch as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with switch with the 4 bolts.
  8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33 [08/2021 - ]

  9. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34 [08/2021 - ]

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 31 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 [08/2021 - ]

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37 [08/2021 - ]

  12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 31

  13. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  14. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33

  15. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42 [08/2021 - ]

  16. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  17. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  18. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    for UA80E:

    for P710:

  19. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
