Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure
- PRECAUTION WARNING:

NOTE:After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the negative (-) battery terminal.
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]
- REMOVE DOOR ASSIST GRIP COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 - REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 - REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT DOOR STIFFENER CUSHION
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27 - REMOVE SIDE AIRBAG PRESSURE SENSOR LH
*a Turns off - - - Check that the ignition switch is off.
- Check that the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal.WARNING:
- Wait at least 60 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- If the airbag deploys for any reason, it may cause a serious accident.
- Remove the nut.
- Detach the claw and pull out the side airbag pressure sensor LH.
- Disconnect the airbag connector and remove the side airbag pressure sensor LH.NOTE:
- When disconnecting any airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
- If the side airbag pressure sensor LH has been dropped, replace it with a new one.
