Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 10 bolts and No. 1 engine under cover.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 engine under cover.

  6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING A 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and front fender apron trim packing A.

  7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING C 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and front fender apron trim packing C.

  8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING B 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and front fender apron trim packing B.

  9. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING D

  10. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE 
    1. Remove the dipstick.

    2. Remove the bolt and dipstick guide.
    3. Remove the O-ring from the dipstick guide.
  11. REMOVE TAILPIPE ASSEMBLY 

    See step  2

  12. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 

    See step  6

  15. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and heat insulator.

  16. REMOVE NO. 2 MANIFOLD STAY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and manifold stay.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.

  18. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 10 nuts, exhaust manifold and 2 gaskets.

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and manifold stay.
