Removal [10/2020 - 11/2021]: Procedure

  1. CUSTOMIZE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  9. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  11. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Place Hand Here
      Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and guide as shown in the illustration.

    2. Place both hands at the position shown in the illustration and pull towards the rear of the vehicle to detach the clip and guide and remove the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.

      Remove in this Direction

      Disconnect the connector.

  12. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 
    1. except Sport Package, w/o Advanced Drive:
      1. Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the 4 screws.

        Remove in this Direction

        Pull in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and detach the pin and remove the combination meter assembly.

    2. for Sport Package:

      1. Detach the clamp.
      2. Remove the 4 screws.

        Remove in this Direction

        Pull in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and detach the pin and remove the combination meter assembly.

    3. w/ Advanced Drive:
      1. Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the 4 screws.
      3. Pull in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and detach the pin and remove the combination meter assembly.

      w/o Advanced Drive:

      1. Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the 2 connectors.
    5. w/ Advanced Drive:
      1. Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the 4 connectors.
