Installation [10/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

      w/o Front LiDAR Sensor:

      1. Connect the 4 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.
    2. w/ Front LiDAR Sensor:
      1. Connect the 4 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Insert the pin and set the combination meter assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction

        Install the combination meter assembly with the 4 screws.

      2. Attach the clamp.
  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Install in this Direction

      Insert the guide and attach the clip to install the instrument cluster finish panel assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction

      Push the direction of the arrow in the illustration to insert the guide and attach the claw.

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25

  6. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30

  9. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  12. UPDATE ECU SECURITY KEY (w/o Front LiDAR Sensor) 

    Refer to UPDATE ECU SECURITY KEY [10/2020 - ]

  13. CUSTOMIZE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM 
    1. Reset the auto tilt away function setting to the previous condition by changing the customize parameter.

      Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [10/2017 - ]

  14. PERFORM CALIBRATION (w/ Front LiDAR Sensor) 

    Refer to SOFTWARE UPDATE [11/2021 - ]

  15. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK (w/ Front LiDAR Sensor) 

    Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ]
