Removal [03/2017 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [03/2017 - 05/2023]

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2017 - 05/2023]

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [04/2020 - ]

  4. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [04/2020 - ]

  5. REMOVE LH SEAT FRONT OUTER SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 

    See step  4

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15 [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15 [04/2020 - ]

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42 [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 41 [04/2020 - ]

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 44 [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 43 [04/2020 - ]

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (for Standard Seat Type) 
    1. Cut off 44 tack pins and remove the front seat cushion heater assembly LH from the separate type front seat cushion cover.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD WITH COVER LH (FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER) (for Sports Seat Type) 

    HINT: 

    The front seat cushion heater cannot be removed as it is connected to the front seat cushion pad with cover LH.

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Detach the hooks.

    4. Remove the front seat cushion pad with cover LH(front seat cushion heater).
