Removal [07/2020 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    See step  9 [07/2020 - 10/2022], or see step  9 [10/2022 - 05/2023]

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH 

    See step  11 [07/2020 - 10/2022], or see step  11 [10/2022 - 05/2023]

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR NO. 2 OPENING TRIM COVER LH 

    See step  13 [07/2020 - 10/2022], or see step  13 [10/2022 - 05/2023]

  6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR NO. 2 OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    See step  14 [07/2020 - 10/2022], or see step  14 [10/2022 - 05/2023]

  7. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Apply protective tape at the position shown in the illustration.

    2. Detach the clip as shown in the illustration.

      Place hand here
      Remove in this Direction
    3. Detach the guide and remove the front pillar garnish assembly LH as shwon in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER LH 
    1. Detach the claw and remove the visor bracket cover LH.

  10. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - 05/2023]

  12. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  13. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER LH 
    1. Detach the visor assembly LH from the visor holder LH as shown in the illustration

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Turn the visor holder LH end approximately 90° in direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    3. Pull out the visor holder LH as shown in the illustration.

    4. Detach the claw and remove the visor holder LH.

  14. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER RH 

    HINT:

  15. REMOVE FRONT ROOF HEADLINING TRIM 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Detach the clip and remove the front roof headlining trim.
