Removal [07/2020 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:
    • After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

      Refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2020 - 05/2023]

    • After replacing the navigation ECU, if the "New software is not compatible with the system. Contact your dealer." on-screen message is displayed on the multi-display, update the software of the radio receiver assembly.

      Refer to PRECAUTION [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PRECAUTION [10/2022 - 05/2023]

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - 05/2023]

    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2020 - 05/2023]

  3. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - 05/2023]

  4. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 NAVIGATION WIRE 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the No. 1 navigation wire and navigation ECU.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 WIRING HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the No. 1 wiring harness clamp bracket.
  9. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU
