Disassembly [04/2013 - 10/2016]: Procedure
- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2013 - 06/2014] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2014 - 08/2015] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 10/2016]
- REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
- REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL
- REMOVE REAR DOOR NO. 3 ARMREST COVER
- REMOVE REAR DOOR NO. 1 STIFFENER CUSHION
- REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Put protective tape around the rear door panel.
- Remove the 3 screws.
- Using a clip remover, disengage the 8 clips.
- Pull out the rear door trim board sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
*1 Rear Door Inner Glass Weatherstrip *a Reference Boss - Disengage the reference boss from the rear door panel.
- Disconnect the rear door lock remote control cable assembly and rear door inside locking cable assembly to remove the rear door trim board sub-assembly together with the front door inner glass weatherstrip.
- for 15 Speakers:
- Disconnect the connector.
- Put protective tape around the rear door panel.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 15 Speakers)

- REMOVE REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- REMOVE REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER
- REMOVE REAR DOOR DUST PROOF SEAL
- REMOVE REAR DOOR CHECK ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
- REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN
- REMOVE REAR DOOR LOWER WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW GLASS
- REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS CHANNEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS CHANNEL FILLER
- Remove the rear door glass channel filler from the rear door glass assembly.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH
- REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector.
*a Temporary Bolt - Loosen the temporary bolt.NOTE:
Do not remove the temporary bolt. If the temporary bolt is removed, the rear door window regulator assembly may fall and cause damage.
- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Remove the rear door window regulator assembly.
- Remove the temporary bolt from the rear door window regulator assembly.
- Disconnect the connector.
- REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE LOCKING CABLE ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER
- REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY
- Move the lever as shown in the illustration.
- Pull and hold the release plate of the rear door outside handle frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
The release plate may interfere with the rear door outside handle assembly and may be damaged when removing the rear door outside handle assembly, unless it is pulled and held.
- Remove the rear door outside handle assembly as shown in the illustration.
- Move the lever as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR FRONT OUTSIDE HANDLE PAD
- REMOVE REAR DOOR REAR OUTSIDE HANDLE PAD
- REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE REAR DOOR PANEL CUSHION
- REMOVE REAR DOOR BELT MOULDING ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE REAR DOOR FRONT WINDOW FRAME MOULDING
