Removal [09/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 OUTSIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE REAR LIGHT COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 3 guides and 2 claws to remove the rear light cover LH as shown in the illustration.

      Place Hand Here
  4. REMOVE REAR LIGHT COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    If the rear light assembly has been removed, replace the rear light gasket with a new one.

    1. Apply protective tape around the rear light assembly.

      Protective Tape
    2. Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    4. Disengage the 2 grommets.
    5. Remove the 8 nuts.

    6. Remove the rear light assembly as shown in the illustration.
