Removal [06/2018 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [06/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - 08/2021]

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for HV Model) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Gasoline Model) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for HV Model) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for Gasoline Model) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt to disconnect the floor anchor of the rear seat outer belt assembly LH.

  11. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT SET (w/o Rear Sunshade) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the other rear seat shoulder belt covers.

  14. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the child restraint seat tether anchor cover.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  15. REMOVE CENTER CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER (w/o Center Bracket) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the center child restraint seat tether anchor cover.

  16. REMOVE CENTER CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER (w/ Center Bracket) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the center child restraint seat tether anchor cover.

  17. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Disengage the 3 clips and 5 guides.

    2. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
  18. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Disengage the 3 clips and guide.

    2. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the clamp.

      *a Protective Tape
      *b Locking Button
      *c Release
    2. Using a screwdriver, pull out the locking button as shown in the illustration to release the lock and disconnect the pretensioner connector.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts.

    4. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat outer belt assembly LH.
  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT RETRACTOR COVER LH 
    1. Remove the rear seat belt retractor cover LH as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT RETRACTOR COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
